Operations · Owner's engineering · Project management

Running operations where others can't.

Remote, sensitive or degraded sites: rivers, rainforest, islands, disaster zones, protected premises. For two decades we ran French State programmes of up to €15M, in mainland France, overseas and in military operations abroad. We bring the same method to your projects: assess, plan, execute, report.

03 · Deliver

Project management

Site supervision, approvals, minutes, cost control, inspections, handover, as-built records.

FAQ

Engineering.

What is the difference between owner's engineering and project management?

An owner's engineer advises the client to define and steer the project. The project manager (maître d'œuvre) designs the works and directs their execution. BCS can play either role, never both on the same operation.

Do you work on remote sites?

Yes. We have managed operations in French Guiana, including sites reachable only by river or air, and in overseas military operations. Logistics is treated as a technical subject from the design stage.
