BCS was born in French Guiana, out of twenty years of engineering for the French State. Facing the same problems on sites and tenders again and again, we built the tools and services we were missing.
Benoît Guerrero Ortega
Chairman of the group. Two decades in the French Army and State service: Army, Ministry of the Armed Forces (works and investment, compliance audits, sensitive sites), then Ministry for the Overseas in French Guiana, managing owner's engineering and project management programmes of up to €15M.
He has run sites in isolated locations and overseas operations, drafted and awarded works contracts, and keeps training: civil engineering, information-system security (ANSSI), protection of sensitive sites, 3D scanning, LiDAR, photogrammetry, drone piloting.
